2. What Data We Collect

2.1. Data you provide voluntarily through the appointment form and/or AI chat:

• name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• preferred appointment date;
• message text;
• other data that you voluntarily provide in your request or during communication in the AI chat.

2.2. When using the AI assistant’s voice mode, the following may additionally be processed:

• audio recordings or audio fragments of the user’s voice messages;
• automatically generated text transcripts of voice messages;
• audio responses generated using third-party speech synthesis services;
• technical data related to voice interaction, audio processing, and the operation of the AI assistant.

2.3. Data collected automatically when visiting the Website:

• IP address;
• browser type and version, operating system;
• data on pages viewed and time spent on the Website;
• source of referral to the Website;
• technical logs of interaction with the Website, AI chat, and voice mode;
• cookie data (see Section 5).

3. Purpose of Data Collection

3.1. We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• processing appointment requests and providing feedback;
• enabling the use of the AI chat and processing requests submitted through it;
• enabling the use of the AI assistant’s voice mode;
• processing users’ voice requests, including through automatic speech recognition and conversion into text;

• verifying the phone number using an SMS code;
• analyzing Website traffic and improving its performance;
• improving service quality, monitoring response quality, further processing requests, and enhancing the operation of the AI chat and voice mode;

4. Third-Party Services

4.1. To ensure the operation of the Website, we use the following third-party services:

Google Analytics — for analyzing Website traffic and user behavior on the Website. Google may collect IP address, device data, and interaction data. Google Privacy Policy.

Facebook Pixel (Meta) — for analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Meta may collect data about your actions on the Website. Meta Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile — for protecting forms and the AI chat from automated requests (bots). Cloudflare may collect technical data about your device and browser. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

SMS service — for sending SMS verification codes to the provided phone number.

AI providers — third-party artificial intelligence services may be used to power the AI chat and voice mode, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude. When using the AI chat and/or voice mode, the data you enter into the chat, send by voice, or receive as a response may be transferred to such providers to the extent necessary for generating a response, speech recognition, request processing, ensuring service stability, quality control, and improving the service in accordance with the terms and policies of such providers.

Speech synthesis service — a third-party service, including ElevenLabs, may be used to generate spoken AI assistant responses. Within the operation of the voice mode, the response text and related technical data may be transferred to such a service for audio response generation in accordance with its terms and privacy policy.

4.2. When using the above third-party services, certain data may be processed on the servers of such services, including outside Ukraine, within the scope and under the conditions defined by the relevant privacy policies and terms of use of such services.

5. Cookies

5.1. The Website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser.

5.2. Types of cookies we use:

• Technical (necessary) — ensure the proper operation of the Website, AI chat, voice mode, remembering the interface language, cookie banner status, and technical session settings.
• Analytics — help us understand how visitors interact with the Website (Google Analytics).
• Marketing — used to display relevant advertising (Facebook Pixel).

The history of messages in the AI chat, text transcripts of voice requests, audio recordings or their fragments, as well as generated audio responses may be stored for service quality control, further request processing, handling user inquiries, protection against abuse, technical diagnostics, and improvement of the AI assistant.

6.5. By using the AI chat or voice mode, you independently determine the scope of information you provide. We recommend that you do not transmit excessive or unnecessary personal data through the chat or voice mode unless it is required to process your request.

7.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

• know the sources of collection and the location of your personal data;
• receive information about the processing of your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your personal data;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
• challenge actions related to the processing of personal data.
