1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the website osadchyclinic.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by PE “DENTAL-ART-STUDIO” (EDRPOU code: 36059132, hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”).

1.2. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please stop using the Website.

1.4. These Terms apply to the use of the Website, appointment request form, AI chat, the AI assistant’s voice mode, as well as other related digital services of the Clinic, unless otherwise expressly stated separately.

2. Services and Medical Information

2.1. The Website contains informational materials about dental services provided by the Clinic. This information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.

2.2. Information on the Website, as well as responses generated by the AI chat or the AI assistant’s voice mode, does not replace an in-person consultation with a doctor. To receive qualified medical assistance, please contact the Clinic’s specialists directly.

2.3. The Clinic makes efforts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information on the Website, but does not guarantee its completeness, error-free nature, or timeliness at any particular moment. Service prices, working hours, doctor availability, and other details may change without prior notice on the Website.

2.4. The AI chat and the AI assistant’s voice mode are not intended to provide emergency medical assistance. In case of acute pain, bleeding, injury, complications after treatment, or any other urgent condition, you should immediately contact a doctor or the appropriate emergency services.

3. Use of the Website

3.1. The user agrees to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

3.2. The following is prohibited:

• copying, distributing, or modifying Website materials without the Clinic’s written consent;
• using automated means (bots, scripts, parsers) to collect data from the Website unless expressly authorized by the Clinic;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website’s systems;
• posting or transmitting malicious software through the Website;
• using the Website in a way that may harm its functionality;
• using the AI chat or voice mode to submit false, offensive, unlawful, or third-party-rights-infringing information.

4. Appointment Request Form, AI Chat, and Voice Mode

4.1. The Website allows users to submit an appointment request through a contact form, as well as use the AI chat and the AI assistant’s voice mode to obtain reference information about the Clinic, its services, working hours, pricing, doctors, and other organizational matters.

4.2. To start communication in the AI chat, the user must provide their name and phone number. Providing this information is a mandatory condition for using the chat. Certain voice mode features may also require prior completion of such identification or verification.

4.3. Submitting the appointment form, starting communication in the AI chat, or using the voice mode does not guarantee an appointment and does not create any obligation to provide medical services.

4.4. By submitting a request or starting communication in the AI chat or voice mode, you provide your contact data (name, phone number, and, if applicable, other data that you voluntarily provide in messages, text requests, or voice requests) for feedback, request processing, service quality improvement, communication history maintenance, and further request processing. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.5. SMS code verification may be used to confirm a request or verify the phone number provided.

4.6. The AI chat and voice mode operate using artificial intelligence models and related technologies that may be provided by third-party technology providers, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, as well as speech synthesis services, including ElevenLabs. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or may not fully correspond to your request.

4.7. As part of the voice mode functionality, your voice messages may be automatically converted into text, and text responses may be automatically voiced using third-party services.

4.8. The user agrees not to enter into the AI chat or transmit through voice mode any confidential information that they are not authorized to disclose, as well as excessive or sensitive personal data, unless this is necessary for processing the request.

4.9. The Clinic may store the history of requests in the AI chat, text transcripts of voice messages, audio recordings or their fragments, as well as generated audio responses for service quality control, further request processing, appointment request handling, abuse prevention, technical diagnostics, and service improvement.

4.10. By using the voice mode, the user agrees to the automated processing of voice messages, including their recognition, technical processing, possible storage, and use within the scope defined by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All Website materials, including texts, photographs, graphic elements, logos, design, and software code, are the intellectual property of the Clinic or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

5.2. Use of Website materials is permitted only with the Clinic’s written consent and with mandatory indication of the source.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Website is provided “as is.” The Clinic shall not be liable for:

• temporary unavailability of the Website, AI chat, or voice mode for technical reasons;
• possible inaccuracies, errors, or incompleteness of information on the Website or in the responses of the AI chat or voice mode;
• any decisions made by the user based on information obtained from the Website, through the AI chat, or through the voice mode;
• any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, AI chat, or voice mode;

6.2. The Clinic does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the AI chat and voice mode, nor that AI responses will fully meet your expectations or your specific situation.

7.1. The collection, processing, and protection of users’ personal data are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms
